Mike was fantastic to work with on our recent home purchase, especially in this crazy, frenetic housing market. Mike jumped on the homes we wanted to make offers on and stayed on top of the listing agents to help keep us up to date on each offer. Mike's advice during this process was invaluable and his method of communicating to us during the process was extremely proficient and his sense of humor was really appreciated during what could have been a stressful process. Mike wowed us from the get go with his professional presentation & polished portfolio. He had already done his research before approaching us about selling our property and this greatly impressed us with his fact gathering. He is a motivated realtor! He advertised not only on the MLS, but also on many social media sites, making sure the property had massive exposure. His beautiful pictures and videos really made a difference, as well as his knowledge of our property's particular selling points.
