This property carried a negative stigma. It had  history on the county records and in title records that showed the property as a recent foreclosure. Although the property was in good standing when I listed it, the negative history followed the property.  The history could not be removed which created a number of uncomfortable conversations with potential buyers. I researched multiple avenues in an attempt to erase this history that was certainly impacting my sale.  After 6 months we were able to have a successful close.
